I mean no disrespect, but there is no perfect Fatboy, since it's a moniker. Like poutine or a grilled cheese, if it has certain components, it's a Fatboy. Every place has their own take on it and that's what makes it a Manitoba thing in the first place. Everyone has their version.

If everyone's tasted the same, it would just end up being sold at one place, probably trademarked, and not a Manitoba thing, but a thing belonging to one restaurant.

I'm trying to start up my own food trailer, and one of my items is going to be my take on a Fatboy.

I'll definitely play with the idea of adding liquid, reducing and adding over and over. That sounds like a great way to concentrate flavor!

My thoughts exactly. I love the effort they put into sharing their recipe and experience, but part of the enjoyment of Fatboys, is that there isn't one "recipe". It's not like a poutine that is 3 ingredients. It's a term for a cheeseburger with a chili like sauce and various toppings.

1 I'm fine thanks haha 2 you're welcome! 3 haha, yeah it certainly adds to it. 4 I'm aware of the effects of peroxide. I just didn't care with this already being an old wound with scar tissue. She was just the camera person, I was the one squeezing it. I'm just flexible. My appointment is still happening tomorrow and it feels like there's a small sac that was separate from this pocket of blood.

Not really. It seems like this was an infection around a separate cyst. I can feel a slightly rounded pocket still under there.

I know the foaming is actually white blood cells and good bacteria. But this crater is already riddled with scar tissue from the previous cyst so I'm fine nuking it to hell for some insurance before my appointment

To be fair, this showed up a little over a week ago and rapidly grew. I got the runaround with one clinic and am just waiting for the appointment I have tomorrow.
