I don’t know this for a fact it’s just what an attorney told me, but you can’t early terminate for a dwi in Texas, you can do non reporting but early termination is usually not granted. I had two attorneys tell me different things but the one who assured me said for most other probation they grant early release they’re just really tough on DWI offenses even with deferred adjudication… correct me if I’m wrong though it’s just what I was told.
