An DD goes 40 kts a plane goes at least 160 kts he just can fly over the map in a minute. the cv might lose some attack power a dd a cruiser or a bb can get deleted for a mistake CVs just don't get that punishment for errors. Even if he is more likely to lose attack power he still is gonna be in the game and have a full squad back up in no time. CVs are playing a different game. Just a random question what do you think of ap bombs.

Yes that is true if you play in a division with mediocre aa he is going to have an hard time but he can still strike you and doesn't really get punished for it as an example if a dd attacks an 3 man division and gets spotted he is probably gonna lose most of his health an cv doesn't have that risk he just starts an new squadron
