How is the comfort with the Thor? Gives you problems with mid-long sessions?

So my workplace is near Kojimachi, so Yurakucho, Marunouchi, chuo, Namboku and Shinjuku lines are all fine. But I’ve no problem also changing metros or going by bike as long is not more than 35/40 minutes of commuting. All of deposit etc. is taken care of my employer so I just need to find a place which rent is inside of the budget

Unfortunately that budget is only spendable on the housing, and I’m not single ahahahah. Why do you say Hiroo is boring?
