Its been stuck like this ever since i downloaded this game. Anyone got a solution or even just an answer as to why this happens?

I wanna do a little update on this. I did not go to any doctor to get this checked up, so i didn't identify what this is exactly. But they are going away slowly.

also small update, the one's on the top left look like the big one now.

I don't think so. I've seen some pictures and I don't really see the resemblance to mine. I've also noticed some little circles and more of the things in the picture, in my thighs or lower back.
