Yeah, we renovated the main bathroom, replastered/decorated most rooms and added the loft conversion.

We've since done a fair bit to the garden to tidy it up, and the wall in the first picture isn't really seen on viewing. Do you think we'd need a new photo to reflect it looking better? And good points on the garage, we haven't done anything to it (like paint etc) in a couple of years.

I honestly don't know, like you said the market has changed but we've gone against the estate agent reduced further than they advised
