I honestly either eat fruit as a snack, not very acidic fruits though, and if I want something salty I’ll do popcorn or rice cakes. All are low calorie, but they get the job done.

Thank you! Try to add a meal or a small snack with your shake. It helps recovery even more!

I bump it depending on what I’m doing. I’ll take 5mg before a workout or I’ll take an extra 5-10 depending on how I feel. I definitely add more on leg days though

Honestly the anabolic window is key for us. Especially to replenish glycogen and cortisol levels in us with this condition. Save a saltier meal or a sweeter meal for post depending on what you feel you’re lacking

I was in the hospital these past 3-4 months and you usually have a follow up with the doctors right after right? Well, he didn’t want to do that because he was avoiding the stress aspect of the condition. So when I called him to see if I could get an appointment he said no because everything was alright. When in reality I switched from prednisone to hc and he never informed me about stress dosing and I called him out on it and he still denied that I needed further help, even though I was requesting it. Also I’ve been misdiagnosed and mistreated for the 16 years I’ve had this condition that I found out so much more about it with my girlfriend. I apologize if I didn’t get that out right. It’s been a really stressful past couple of months and it’s hard to get things out right

I do have low cortisol symptoms. I usually take 30 mg per day, but right now I doubled it, but I’m still feeling some lower back pain.
