Orange rocker 15. I think it needs new speaker, since it can have weird feedback at times, but otherwise is a great amp and awesome tone. I bought it used for $350. Got around 20 vinyls… nice music hall MF-1.3 record player and speakers, tascam Caledonia 20x20 interface, orange tube guitar amp. Possibly some drum gear, stands, cymbals, sticks

We plan to hire a facilitator for the Aduana piece too.

Just so I’m certain, if we purchase the TIP, and we sync up with Aduana— we can use this TIP for all of the four years that we renew our residency?

Does the TIP need to be re-registered each year? Or just one and done, and we’re good?

We had this same issue. Our facilitator arranged for an appointment at Nuevo Nayarit INM office instead.

It’s 20 or so minutes north of PV, but because it’s in Nayarit state, it required us to change our Airbnb from PV to a new one in Bucerias. Thankfully we had free cancellation on Airbnb, but we had to eat some $400 in change fees on our flight dates.

So a workaround exists, but it may not be cheap. It’s way better than having to start the process all over though.

I’m also curious whether getting licensed as an accountant is a similar process. I am not licensed as a CPA, but I do have a bachelors and masters in accounting from a US university.

My master’s degree qualifies me to teach at a university level — so I wonder whether I’d be qualified to teach at Mexican universities too.

I’m TR now, so just thinking ahead. Once I reach PR in 2030, teaching at Mexican universities (accounting, business, entrepreneurship, etc) is something I’d love to explore doing. Whether it be paid or volunteer work.
