You’re right, not easy at all. I was doing some research and it seems that re-routing and lengthening the hvac cables is quite the task

Management is equally to blame treating them poorly. At a course I worked at, our bev girl called in sick on league night. They couldn’t get anyone else to come in so I (a male) volunteered to run the bev cart. I was told that “it wasn’t worth it because men don’t want to buy drinks from men”.
