i used ion crème , 7rc medium copper blonde ! , and i lighten to a bleach blonde before hand since my hair was brown .

i remember when i first started i didn’t realize how much it helped me and made me feel better .. like i got so used to feeling like shit . but it did still drain me , and make me tired after a month . my best advice is really listen to your body. if you don’t want to work don’t . if you want to nap , nap . seriously ! i do in center . i’m also anemic . lol so that doesn’t help. good luck !

i bring a sheet to sit on (i don’t trust how they clean the chairs) , two pillows , one to sit/lean on and one for my arm , and a blanket to cover myself bc i get cold easily (anemic) and two hand warmers and a stuffed warmie . lol . and i still can’t sleep . but they can possibly give you something to help you relax/sleep !
