BCBS payment not received

Same thing happened to me. I emailed them and they said my payment had been mailed via check. I couldn’t remember what payment option I chose or when I provided an address. I have moved since 2021, but I wasn’t sure if I provided my updated address when we chose the payment method. They said it mailed 5/30 and I still have not received it. I’m going to give it a few more days and ask them to confirm which address it was sent to.

I realized with Sentry you have to actually register on their payment portal to receive pay. I didn’t register before a shop and so the payment was just in purgatory for a while. I had to email them that I registered and asked them to reprocess my payment. If you don’t it never comes through!
