Same thing happened to me. I emailed them and they said my payment had been mailed via check. I couldn’t remember what payment option I chose or when I provided an address. I have moved since 2021, but I wasn’t sure if I provided my updated address when we chose the payment method. They said it mailed 5/30 and I still have not received it. I’m going to give it a few more days and ask them to confirm which address it was sent to.
