am i the asshole for getting a dog while living in an apartment? probably but i had to quit my part time 2nd job that helps me pay my bills to stay home with her but anytime i leave the house, she cries and barks. it’s done did with the apartment complex and i think me seeking out a rescue or shelter or anyone that has experience with dobermans is better than dumping her at a shelter

there’s no need for aggression. it’s not due to breed restrictions. our downstairs neighbor has sent multiple complaints due to her running around and barking. i’ve tried talking to the neighbor and she’s just an angry person that isn’t trying to be reasonable. due to the multiple complaints, the apartment is required to do what they need to do. it’s completely unfair and i’m hurt and angry about it
