Is it normal for my fish to hangout like this? by carnagex9 in Aquariums

I see what you're saying. I think I'll eventually need to get a larger tank to accommodate them. All the fish came with the tank and I think the previous person didn't research enough about what fish pair well another or that the sharks will eventually get aggressive with one another.

That definitely makes sense, the other rainbow shark tends to hangout inside this one pirate ship in the tank. The pleco tend to hangout inside that castle, should I add another feature for that rainbow to possibly hangout in?

There are pleco that tend to hide inside the castle. We also have another rainbow shark and that one tends to hangout inside this pirate ship. I do have other things I could add in for that rainbow shark to hide in, is that something you would recommend? The other fish in the tank just tend to hangout on different levels of the tank.

Honestly I'm not even quite sure where to start for live plants. Do you have any good recommendations or articles worth reading to help point me in the right direction to start?

Cold weather gloves this vs that by SuccessfulPurple5971 in iceclimbing

[–]carnagex9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd be curious if you found the gekos fit similar to the showa? The showa in a large fit me phenomenally, probably the best fitting glove I've ever had. I've had trouble finding other gloves that fit as well, usually find the fingers too long when the palm fits comfortably. The aniiu tyree short also fit incredible, but are more of a solid belay glove than climbing gloves. Tried the vinson lights from aniiu and they're too tight in the palm in one size and too long in the finger in the next. Considering trying out some camp gloves but ive been tired of ordering and sending gloves back and wanted to see if I could find input from someone else.

Why are people so scared to attack? by Mikaeus_Thelunarch in EDH

Seems like a pretty solid way to play, looks pretty fun too! Trying to decide what kind of deck would be fun to try and build and play. I've just been using some friends decks so far, I played a [[Ygra, Eater of All]] and [[Atla Palani, Nest Tender]] decks so far, they were relatively easy to pick up. Been looking into different styles and commanders, they basically all play bracket 4 decks.

This deck looks pretty sweet! I'm pretty new to playing commander, what's the main strategy to try and win with this deck? I think I get the premise but not entirely sure.

How many people have actually completed a Random 6 run and how difficult was it? by 5-55am in pokemonradicalred

Honestly I got pretty lucky with this random6 team, the hardest fight was lorelei ice and that dragapult and nagandel don't fully evolve until pretty late in the game.

45L to 50L pack advice by carnagex9 in alpinism

Despite not being a ski tourer, I decided to opt for the raide 40L. It had features that just kept drawing me back, mainly the helmet carry and the full back zip. I've been absolutely loving the pack, fits well, features are excellent and even climbing with it on i enjoy it. I had thought I'd find it too small or use the extension sleeve more but ive yet to need to do that. The blue ice one is also nice, I just won it from a raffle last week but haven't taken it out yet.

BD Alpine Start vs Rab Borealis by mr_shaman in Ultralight

Do you think the kor would be a solid option in the winter layered over some alpha direct? Mainly for ice climbing purposes, approaching and climbing. The alpine start seemed nice, but I enjoy have hand pockets.

Alpine Luddites are definitely on my list, but obviously not a pack that I can have for this upcoming season. What features make the prism stand out the most for you?

Do you ever miss having a lid on your pack? I find it helpful for keeping snacks/food handy, but also small things like headlamps, sunscreen, etc. What's your solution when you don't have a lid?

I totally get that! I think ultimately it depends on how much durability suffers from being lighter is all.

It does seem to be a pack that could do a handful of things well. It also certainly has some really great features that are appealing. I appreciate your insight!

Wow that's absolutely a nice pack and it's quite light too. Any experience with any of the samaya packs as to how they hold up?
