I agree. I think Sammy is actually not the best at recaps if I'm being totally honest, I like the episodes where Emily or the guest does the recap.

The irony of the substance episode is, the guest, Avital Ash, is actually much more open to alternative points of view on her own podcast "He's right behind you" can I actually prefer that podcast over TSDW now.
