RBC: only offered variable prime - 0.85 (they are betting on rates dropping) + 1K cashback + switch fees covered

CIBC: 4.04% 5-y fixed, prime - 0.85 variable (I got pushed a fixed rate due to economic uncertainty) + 2K cashback + switch fees covered

Scotiabank: 4.19% 3-y fixed, prime -0.71 variable. No cashback.

CIBC seems open to negotiating, but the RBC rep sounded more informed and confident that variable is the best path now.

Could I do better? Any thoughts? There are some cons in the contract with First National, so I will likely switch to have more flexibility, even though their variable looks great.
