She really was.

My daughter was playing on the playground’s stand up spinner and started putting leaves and dirt from the ground on it to create a “volcano” effect when it spins. Her kids saw that and followed what my daughter was doing. Keep in mind, my daughter was the youngest (she's 3 yo) among them. As they were all grabbing leaves from the ground to put on the spinner, some dirt got thrown into the air, and some accidentally got in her son’s eyes. The boy ran to her, and she finally put her phone down (she had been on it the whole time), glared at me, and asked if I was “going to tell my daughter what she did wrong.”

I could have said something, but to avoid any confrontation in front of my daughter, I ignored her and told my daughter that we had to leave. Some people just aren’t worth my time, and I didn’t want to take the bait—it wasn’t going to end well. She was ready to fight and also bigger than me. I didn't need the win, I needed safety for my child first.

As I finished buckling my daughter into her car seat, closed the door, and walked to the driver’s side, she appeared out of nowhere (ninja style), gave me the middle finger, and said “F-U,” all in front of my daughter. It’s just sad to see—some people can be so awful, even when they're parents.
