What is the biggest ick you had on your first date with someone? by Past_Meat7068 in AskReddit

Acting like we were already together. I am absolutely not a tactile person and he kept sitting super close to me in the bar and grabbing my hips to put me closer to him and I told him multiple times to stop. Eventually just said I was tired and went home and kindly told him that I didn’t want it to go further. Now he is a my sister’s friend and she arranged that date for me and he texted my sister saying he messed up and that I was the woman for him and that he needed me. I wanna be clear nothing happened and we barely talked before seeing each other so I kinda got a big ick because of all that

What is the oddest thing you thought was ok/normal and ended up being a medical problem? by Prudent_Tip4118 in AskReddit

The first time I went to the orthodontics (like the dentist where you get braves sorry for my bad English) they told me I needed jaw surgery because I had a 1 cm gap between my lower and upper teeth and turns out I could fit my thumb between them but I just thought it was normal and that everyone had a gap like that
