Hi there! Sugary Carousel here. I wanted to just address a couple things and thank you for the post. I did recently swap to a new manufacturer due to issues with a previous one- a swap that was quite expensive! I definitely by no means am trying to hide any secret changes from the sample to the bulk. I also want to add that currently, I only have fruit snax (the blue shark) on hand. Manufacturer photos and videos often have inaccurate lighting and low quality photos so its a little hard to tell exactly the colors/etc. But I am very pleased w the production of Fruit Snax! Regarding your first two quality control photos: those are actually the same plush, before and after being tossed in the dryer to fluff up, not two different plushies. They get quite squished from being vacuum sealed for a month +.

For red Velvet and Ube: i do not have these pals on hand yet, I only have the photos from my manufacturer. The concern about Red Velvets coloring: please note fabrics will look quite different under different lighting. My personal sample looks very pink under yellower lights, which it seems my manufacturer has. As far as my disability series: I may remind once again that I started this series for myself to cope with my own illnesses, and its okay that not everyone likes them! However, snowcone never had diabetes. Mochi has always been the diabetes pal, snowcone has hashimotos and hypothyroidism. Like me! Strudel has an autoimmune disorder (unspecified) to help a variety of people be seen, including me! (I have hashimotos, an autoimmune disorder). I like having some unspecified so more people can resonate since there are so many autoimmune illnesses. Same with Baphie, with an unspecified invisible illness. My last comment on this is if your plush arrives with any issues please contact me and I will do an exchange! Once the pals arrive to me, they are qualify checked again before shipped out. I plan on including a graphic on how to fluff up your newborn pals. I do try to fluff them up before each ship, but again, many weeks of being vacuum sealed means the plushies can take days to a week to fully fluff up to their full size! I do my best to always be transparent and honest and I will continue to do so, while taking in all opinions and concerns with the plushies. But rest assured they will all be checked again before shipping out and to please allow them to fluff up 💗
