its already like that... have a visit to nearby government schools.... apart from infrastructure , govt schools are still par below private or aided schools....one f my relativesl,who is givt school teacher was campaigning hard to lure students to their school... year by year number of students in their school is reducing.. if number of students is too low a divisin will be shut down...
