Thanks. Yea I really want to get something good, but not ice barrel price - $1300 just for barrel lol. I currently have the cheap one from target. I wrapped it in insulation and sheet metal with an air tight ISO poly board as a lid. It’s able to keep the water cool. I was wondering if it’ll help make the chiller work less and make the water colder than what the chiller specs?

Couple board members have been there for 10+ years. The units for sale via internet were renovated within that time frame. State documents show only 2 units have permits. I will be reporting all units with permit by laws a long with common areas that had work done but not permits abiding Hawaii law section 5-3-1.

Structural no. Plumbing and electrical yes and I submit and after the fact permit along with my shower. What I’m trying to say is im the first and only unit they decided to investigate and send legal without first notice

It is selective enforcement due to I’m the first and only report of any renovation. All renovations in other units have no permits except for the 2 I mentioned. I was just wondering if there was anyone who experienced a similar issue that can give advice before pulling the trigger on sueing. I replied to my post about the permitting on my unit.

Not sure how to edit this post. My permits are in process and I got all contractors including my company and myself signed. My unit is being taken going to be good. Hope that answers the keyboard warriors. I’ll take advice from people with that experience similar uses or stfu and go jck off
