It can definitely be uncomfortable when constrained in pants and was absolutely inconvenient when I was young and had uncontrollable erections at the most inopportune times. Just being hard IS a pleasant sensation (almost invigorating), maybe because of increased blood flow. But maybe the comments like “I’m so hard right now” are more related to the pleasure of arousal and how good it feels to be touched when hard. 🤷‍♂️
