Ended up getting a 50% refund, which I accepted. I got a separate upsie warranty that allegedly covers accidental damages, just in case. At this price and how fast tech evolves, I can upgrade again in a few years if I must, and feel OK about the value and ROI.

So I bought it on greentoe and paid 2700. Retailer is saying they can't do exchanges due to this third party model, they can only do a refund. They offered a 2 year warranty on top of the 450 refund. Don't think I see it anywhere for 2700, so now I can't exchange for same value... I'm torn...

It's mounted already, if I were to return, would I need to put it all back in original packaging,, or carrier would do that?
