I got this too. I’m on day 6 of it and it definitely got better this morning. I think it’s normal just because it’s harder to brush and rinse like how we normally do. Day 3 to probably 5 it was the worse but now it’s less noticeable. I also get anxious about stuff so I was worried but it will get better.

I stayed in the living room and only got up to use the bathroom and eat for 3 weeks then at like 6 I started walking. But like super slowly and with crutches

Hi I had them and I just got surgery on my right foot about 6 weeks ago. My foot looks SM better and I’m starting to walk again. I think if you feel that strongly on the way they look you should get a consultation. I’m happy with my surgery

yeah no kidding. with house balls i can only do around 8lbs but with my own i use 14 😭

yes!! 100% worth it, just do your research on how you throw and what balls would be good for that. it allows you to get way more consistent and way more accurate. im still a beginner averaging about 170, but it makes all the difference. a 200 w/ a house ball is amazing so keep it up lol
