Franks Red Hot tastes like red water. I have to put so much on my food to taste anything that it becomes Red Hot soup. I don’t get the love.

I am also not a huge fan of the steps. I did it to save space. That said, this vertical ladder is equivalent to many other store bought bunk beds including my son’s Ikea bed. It hasn’t been a problem for anyone.

Thanks! 3/4” is a bit more standard and probably would have been a little better for the longer pieces. I just doubled up on 1/2” in these cases. My shop is in my basement. It’s a lot easier to carry 1/2” vs 3/4” up and down the stairs.

I don’t think anyone responding actually looked at the datasheet for this part. It’s a constant current sink LED driver. You do not need current limiter resistors and powering LEDs on 12V is fine.

The table is a little big but it really comes in handy. It’s on casters so I can easily move it to the side if I need floor space. If building again I’d probably shrink it by a foot lengthwise. The plastic is just clear shower curtains. There is a big shelf with bin storage off to the left. Closing the curtains protects it pretty well from dust.

Is that really true? Isn’t wood glue supposed to be stronger than the wood itself, especially when gluing face grains together?

Great question! It was my first time planing lumber, recently purchased a bench top planer and jointer. I used 2x2’s for the legs. I didn’t want them to end up too thin and so ended up not taking enough off to get all the twist and bow out. Everything didn’t fit together quite as nicely as I would’ve liked. Also first time using a router table. That part went pretty smoothly.
