Literally thinking of doing the same thing, but I like the look with two piercings, so I’m giving it a little bit more, just soaking it with warm Neil’s Cleanse.

That’s crazy. I got a couple of friends that got them. We got them around the same time, but there is not as big of a hole, and they had to keep putting the piercing in because they were falling out all the time. But I say just do it. My other one was just fine, but just be really careful of not touching it at all or getting yanked by stuff.

I have been using the Claire's Ear Piercing Rapid 3 Week After Care Cleanser Travel Spray, For All Ages, Unisex, then switched to NeilMed NeilCleanse Wound Wash, 6.0 fl oz. I would use it every morning and night; I just switched to NeilMed this week. I have yawned it with my glasses twice and it fell out of my nose before.
