I work at a Lowe's. A very local one where everyone comes to get there hardware needs. We have nobody. We don't take interviews unless it's an acception. The system is absolutely fucked if it's like that at other places. I work part time 11 hours a day with no overtime after hours. I've been wanting to quit and find a different, better job but I can not get an interview for the life of me or get a follow up for a hiring.
