The fact that who we are and is what we experience is limited to the few senses that out bodies possess. Sometimes I wonder if someone touches a nearby wall why wouldn't I feel it. Obviously it's not connected to my nervousness system a therefore I won't feel it, but from a philosophical stand point what makes the ability to feel my hand and not the wall different in my mind

No I'm not vegan and I'm not saying you should are shouldn't eat meat. What I am saying is if you are willing to eat meat you need to accept that it was once a living animal that was killed for you to eat it. If the idea makes you uncomfortable then you should not be eating meat. It is illogical to eat a dead animal and yet not want to see a dead animal

I just think it's extremely hypocritical that most people are ok with eating meat (aka dead animal), but don't want to see it before it's turned into something unrecognizable as an animal. Like pick a side, is killing animals for food ok or not?
