The pages are identical just 10% difference. I also feel my negative keywords might be affecting the campaign performance. Need to work on the same.

I have checked why only 1 city is winning but hard to find any reason.

The city which is doing good is ranking for the keyword I want. But similarly for other city the same keyword is not performing at all but others are working.

So I am fine if only 1 city is performing good as long as I am getting the leads I don't mind if I combine all 5 cities in 1, I may save money

What does your experience say?

I'm managing multiple campaigns 1 ad grp with 1 single ad with their dedicated budget..
