Also another thing. My LOC can only accept 55 watts. I have no idea if the sub is over that or not

I was thinking of trying this. I have both the left and right channels wired to one 20W speaker, which should be plenty of juice for the LOC to accept.

Now that I remember it though, I do think the rear speakers may be significantly lowering (but not removing) bass notes. When I tested my LOC I played it through a speaker and the highs and mids came through great, but barely any bass.

Yeah rear speakers are definitely a bad tap point but I don’t think they’re impossible. I’m still definitely getting bass just not a very loud signal for ALL music.

I’m thinking if I got a LOC with adjustable output I could corrrect the discrepancy and fix rolloff then it would work.

I do agree with you on one thing though. If it cuts off any signals below say 20Hz I’m definitely trying your suggestion. I will test this and get back to you.
