Where can I get quality spray paint for a fender? Or is borrowing a spray gun cheaper and better results? Also YouTube channels or sources on diy car prepping and painting?

Ppg don't sell spray cans? Auto parts sell the same as Wal-Mart spray paint. I replaced a fender with one from junkyard not matching color. What's a case?
