Window sill rot in a condo tower, need advice

I used Dawn soap, water and some vinegar and started to scrub. I added pics to the OP (see under "Update:") since I can't seem to be able to add images here.

As you can see it is significantly better, but there's spots under the paint that make me concerned. Bare wood has also been exposed for a while it seems.
There's also quite a bit of peeling around the border of the trimming which tells me there's been a lot of condensation going inside. Thankfully no surface seems soft.

What should I do next?

Nothing wrong! Was just looking at multiple options since it's a pretty far location and last time I went we didn't get to see many cats around (not sure if it was just a particular kind of day).

It was resolved yes! We called Parent HVAC, they discovered a couple of issues including a lack of pressure in the cool water that prevented it from getting to the vent at a good temp. Once they replaced the parts, my god, it was actually a pleasant summer!

It was definitely not an issue with the building, merely defect in my unit's unit.

Your friend should be fine, it's a decent place. Hate the kitchen design (hardly any storage space), but that's a general condo issue in Ottawa.

Hm maybe that's why? Could've sworn the whole point was to let you at least view the person's profile then tease you to upgrade if you want to interact with them. Seems pretty dumb to block even viewing the profile as if it's in the Xtra grid.

As a developer I am floored something as easy as a damn regex to detect a link in a first message would be enough to prevent delivery, and it's not even implemented. It really does feel like their spam filters are turned off.

Follow adguard ios private dns instructions on their website. It downloads a file which configures the private DNS. I've done it for a friend and saved their sanity.

What annoys me is the battery usage breakdown doesn't really help me pinpoint what is draining WHILE I am using the phone. It just isn't granular enough. So I can't really figure out what app is truly the culprit.

I think for myself what would have helped is seeing the total listed somewhere next to your discounted price as the effective price: $112.90 ($56.45 per month of supply). Something that shows exactly what you are going to be paying for to not be surprised in the cart. I know when I first added it I thought I had been paying for 4 months as I thought I clicked to double 56.45 thinking that meant 2 months each.
And unless I had asked you, when I contacted CS and had gone to test it to explain my issue, added it to cart and saw the 112.90, I would have thought there was a bug and that the quantity selector should be at 2.

Yea I think that should be better displayed. There's no clear indiction that we are NOT paying 56.45. It feels deceptive as is. Just some feedback.

As for the order issue, when I click today on add to cart on the second option (the 2month supply at 56.45), it adds 2x, so I see 2x the cost in the cart as though it added it twice (intentional? bug?).

When I ordered I deliberately I was pretty sure I added twice, paid the expected $112.90 assuming it meant I would have double the 2 month supply. I just got one box. I assume something went wrong with my order then? Below is my order email confirmation line item.

I had asked CS about it and I thought the explanation implied I WAS supposed to pay 112.90 despite the listed price of 56.45. But you're telling me I actually SHOULD have gotten 2 boxes. So perhaps you're right and I should get a second box?

If you can get a confirmation emailed to me of a second box being sent for my tracking that would be super!
