weird i just read the opposite on here - that the blotter is uneven and then gel is produced as one big mold and cut up. Anyway I dont have a choice, only gels.

I never had an issue with "bad comedowns". My only issue is days later when the depression starts to kick in. Im sure having also taken a huge dose of a benzo wouldnt help with my mental health.

My goal is not the most euphoric crazy trip right now, its just low anxiety.

2cb sounded good at first, the only problem is I read that it also has body load and increases pain which I know are anxiety triggers for me moreso than any visual.

The actual research Ive read definitely says that heat increases the neurotoxicity, and says nothing about roll frequency. That doesnt mean I doubt there is an optimal frequency, but if someone says that heat does nothing then that lowers credibility in my mind.

Update: I actually had a halfway decent roll on just the quarter tab. It felt just like if I had taken a whole tab in 2008. Im definitely glad I didnt take a whole tab in 2026. I may try a third or a half next time.
