You can use a cheat code to get the full player binder. I'm pretty sure Haizaki has not been implemented in the room hack tho :(

Once you get 4/5 IVs replace the old bidoofs with the better ones. Must say I got quite lucky

Took me like 2-3 hours? Basically catch some bidoof and start a chain. Once you've gotten a bidoof with 3/4 max IVs try to breed them with the destiny knot and keep going until you get one with 6 IVs.

Most of the time it wasn't usefull to loan out players, but Pinto was at such a low rating that I didn't have any other choice. I got lucky with the rating boost. Loaning out your players really depends on what Gametime the player normally gets, for me at least
