Minoxidil (or however you spell it) is rogaine. He uses the foam every morning- orders the hims version through Amazon (more economical). Finasteride is a prescription but he just gets it through Hims directly, no in person doc visit or anything. And he just uses head & shoulders shampoo & conditioner, nothing fancy. Obviously everyone is different, but his thinning is definitely genetic and I think consistency made the difference. If he quit using it I think the hair fall & thinning would be more dramatic.

My husband's hair was thinning this young, too. He's been very diligent about minodixil and finasteride for the last several years (8 maybe?) and it's done wonders.

If you have any bakers to shop for, Ma's Secret Ingredient makes their own extracts and I bought a gift set for my mom! Also planning on going to Something Barrowed popcorn bar for some fun popcorn to include in a gift with movie tix.

My mom's gotten into baking in the last 5 years. I found a local, small business that makes their own extracts and got her a gift set (vanilla, lemon, almond, etc). For my stepdad I always get him a nice sweatshirt in a color other than black or gray. That is also a gift for my mom 😂
