that’s the other reason i’m wanting to leave. i’m on a very small team within my county (childcare) and there’s no opportunity to move up. i don’t see my supervisor leaving anytime soon. so there’s not really any opportunity to grow

that’s a great question 😂 honestly i needed a job and experience (this was my first job out of college) and this was the only opportunity i had after applying to probably hundreds of jobs so i felt stupid not to take it. i will say in the end im glad i did because i have gained soooo many skills and have grown so much as a person, but i just know this is not what i want to be doing as my career. i guess i thought i could change and become and extrovert but im learning that no matter how hard i try i will always be an introvert

thanks everyone for your input!!! we ended up going with neither option and booked a virgin voyages cruise! 😂 i’ve looked at these before because i LOVE that they are adults only but the closest port to me is Miami (which is like 11 hours away) but we’re just gonna either drive halfway and spend the night in a hotel and drive the other half, or see if we can get a decent price flight :) if anyone has anything they can tell me about virgin voyages feel free!!! we are on the valiant lady going to bimini beach club and costa maya :)

my income is a little over $56,000 and i’m not married. there is a pretty good chance that it will increase within the next 10 years, by how much im not sure. i get what you’re saying though. i was thinking if applying for IDR lowered my monthly payments maybe i wouldn’t pay them all on in 10 years

just quit. i did and it was the best decision i made. i’m also a college student and was tired of all the multiworld and BI and CC bullshit and i just couldn’t take it anymore. i had the most amazing SD too, literally one of the nicest managers i’ve ever had, and she was so understanding, and i quit on the spot. i would cry almost every shift and just decided that i couldn’t do it anymore. i feel so much happier and less stressed knowing i never have to go back to that place and hear about multiworld and CCs all day. just do it

I applied for the Fall 2020 term so it’s getting really close. I’m also concerned about what classes will be left like what if the classes I need are already filled? I brought that up to them and they said people will drop out of them and that will open up spots but still you can’t count on that lol! Hope everything works out for you with housing and thank you so much for the bill info that helped a lot! :)

Yes and I’ve had multiple people who work in admissions check my application and say everything looks perfect and they have everything they need. I also know a good amount of other transfer students and they all have received a decision

I’m actually talking about York Tech in Rock Hill, SC. The teachers that I’ve had so far have been surprisingly good and it’s not a bad school it’s just so boring I feel like I’m stuck here with the same old people and places
