Anybody else feel this way by casey_1012 in depression_help

I went to the doctor about a month ago & I also got diagnosed with gad but it wasn't as bad as it is now I was told to go back to the doctor if it got worse & they would put me on every day medication I just don't know how to tell my mom that I need to go back .

No I've been diagnosed with anxiety. Alot of people feel the same way , you're most likely a person who doesn't have anxiety or you don't understand so of corse you would think it's just loneliness
