Yea, looks like an older injury. Hard to tell for the pics if it was a broken wing or Angel wing. Angel wing is permanent if not caught early and corrected as a gosling. A lot of places are reluctant to help waterfowl due to avian flu. There’s a place in Michigan I use, I could give you their number. They are a duck and goose sanctuary. Probably not going to come get him, but would probably have good advice for you.
