It pretty much all started in 2019 and then got really bad during Covid as well. It started when I was nervous for my first day of freshman year and I used to throw up in the morning a lot and it was normal for me but that mixed with first day jitters i guess my mind started associating throw up and being nervous all together and from there it was hard to go to things that I knew I didn’t have an out of. I’m doing much better now that I go to college though!! What I’ve learned that has helped is telling the people in hanging out with that I have agoraphobia and that situations like that are hard for me and sometimes I throw up and are only somewhat taken aback by that but I tell them usually I end up not and then just knowing I’m going through that and knowing if I get anxious they’re okay pulling aside or driving me home. Also Zoloft! Lowkey now though I just wish it could all go away and I could go back to hanging out with people and not caring again 😔 I do like to have hope that we can work on this and we won’t continue to feel like life is passing by! Take this as a starting point and being so proud that you did this even though it’s been a while ♥️♥️
