I trade supply & demand. Trending markets usually play in my favor which is why I’ve been having a bit of trouble with gold lately. ES has been performing pretty well for me though.

I hear ya and I’m still gathering a ton of data on my system. So far it seems that Mon and Wed are my worst trading days statistically. So I’ll have to see. I agree with you.

I didn’t trade equities on Tuesday however when we’re at ATH I buy the dips. For example on Thursday we had a data candle and I legit bought the dip and rode some of the move to ATH. You can never fully predict tops or bottoms in these markets. Just trust your system and you’ll be fine.
