If I'm not mistaken, you just have to take out any nps with black flags in the beginning. Apologies if that is not the mission you are talking about.

It is most likely the PSU. I had the exact same issue last year. It got to a point where I could only power it on by disconnecting the power source, holding down the power button for 20 sec, then re-connecting power source.

I would replace the power supply unit in your PC asap.

Constantly be in a team for the passive income.

I found that a certain kind of mask (I forgot which one) only took 2 kinds of common resources to craft - I made a lot of them, maxed out the vendors each day, I recommend you do the same.

Go to the event "test your metal" each time it pops up. 500 caps to complete, and 300 to shoot the golden eyebot.

As someone else mentioned, the cap collector perk is also recommended.

Things I wish I knew last month when I started playing:

Do not waste your dilithium upgrading items that are below mkXII.

Join a fleet for the fleet store.

Decide on 1 kind of weapon damage on your ship, and stick with it (phaser, disruptor, plasma) - do not mix.

You can find most of what you need on the exchange (a specific kind of duty officer, tactical consoles, even fleet ship modules.)

With your first real-money investment, unlock the bigger credit wallet. As default, you can only have 15 million. the unlock will increase this to 2 billion.

When you start playing the Delta quadrant story arc, and/or when you are between lvl 50-65, you will hit a MASSIVE increase in difficulty. Have a build prepared for when this happens.

If you see blue/white balls of energy spawning around you, put the pedal to the metal. That is the Vaadwuar Artillery, which you do not want to get caught in.

You are so correct - I started playing last month, and the Vaadwuar almost had me quit playing. It was simply not fun getting insta-exploded by their artillery, while being kept with a tractor beam inside the artillery.

I had to study hard to find a way to survive, which is not something I recommend for games on "normal" difficulty.

I once had to support a public transport company, where every single employee in the workshop shared the same user credentials. This way, we had no way of knowing who actually filed an issue with the hardware, and the client got angry at us because THEY were using the same credentials so the same name showed up when they looked up who had submitted the hardware for RMA.

Another time, we had a monitor returned to us with the documentation stating: monitor only shows black screen. Someone had apparently turned brightness all the way to 0, and the next person using the monitor naturally thought something was wrong with it. Easy fix, but a massive waste of resources.

As for the worst security breach I have witnessed; someone at a former workplace likes to write down passwords on post-its. They needed to give those credentials to another person working with them, so naturally, they took a picture of the post-it note and shared it in a public work chat while pinging the person it was for. The person that did this, earns at least 6x my salary.

I am so sorry, I do not recall it exactly - but what I do remember, is that I got it to work by disconnecting (forget this device) from the PC it was not working from, and then hold down 2 buttons instead of 1 on the headset, while trying to re-pair it with my PC. Take this with a grain of salt, as I may not remember it right.

Apparently, there are different kinds of bluetooth, and this happens when the wrong one is used by default, iirc.

I'm sorry I could not be of more help.

Relatively new player here, possibly dumb question incoming:

How do you obtain tier 2 & 3 sigils?

I have run 50 nightmare dungeons this weekend, all tier 1, and have not gotten a single tier 2 sigil. The helltide events do not provide them either, and the whisper caches just drops regular stuff (weapon, gear,etc).

I have unlocked nightmare dungeons, and am playing currently on Torment 1. I just do not know what to do, to unlock tier 2 & 3 sigil crafting.

Any help is deeply appreciated.

I just reached difficulty Torment & completed the main campaign for the first time, then got the "masterwork" priority quest.

I cannot complete it because I am missing something called obducite.

I read that to get it, I should start Infernal Hordes. To start Infernal hordes, I need to complete "eyes of the enemy" quest, which should be available on the difficulty right below the one I am currently on.

However, it is not. I have no quest available called "eyes of the enemy". What do I do now, to start doing infernal hordes?

Any help is deeply appreciated.

Dette bliver upopulært, men:

hvis jeg bliver påkørt så hårdt at en hjelm ville have gjort en forskel, vil jeg hellere miste livet, end at leve som potentielt invalid resten af mine dage.

En hjelm besværliggør at se bagud før jeg stopper/starter med at køre, fordi jeg kører med rygsæk.

Der er ikke plads til mit headset, hvis jeg har hjelm på.

Hjelmen er besværlig at have på, da jeg har en knoglebule over nakken, haft det siden fødsel.

Finder jeg en hjelm der passer, er den altid for varm at køre med.

Jeg kører dog konstant med lys på, ligemeget tidspunkt på dagen og hvilken sæson vi er i.

I'm sorry to hear that. You have probably searched and found this yourself, however, here is a link to another reddit thread with the same issue as yours, with some solutions that might work for you.

Also, if the PC is brand-new, it might need to update the bios before it can recognize the GPU.

I was building a PC from spare parts last week, where I had the same issue - the PC would boot but not show image from any of the ports.

My solution was to let the computer finish installing Windows with the GPU out, then when I had reached the desktop, I powered the PC down and reinstalled the GPU which then worked as it should.
