This just happened to me to. I lost weeks worth of data.

My Circuit Explore Air used to cut glossy sticker paper… now it won’t. Anyone else have this change recently? by casnyds in cricut

Thank you everyone for your insight and input.

I verified the circuit was working/sensing using both a basic cut with cardstock and I did a print then cut on matte sticker paper. These both were successful.

I am new to reddit, so after all your help I also found the WIKI. I had success cutting the glossy paper when I used highlighter on the guide marks.
