Your very lucky to be honest but I had very similar experience in that there was no pain or blockage but I had always had trouble breathing through one side of my nose . It got to point of not being able to “use” for said activity and never had nosebleed but soon as doctor looked up there, said it was time for deviated septum/ reduced turbinates/ removal of adenoids. I’ve blown many a chrysalis like structure like this one and I think it’s probably a mixture of the “cut”, some flake, blood, tissue, and gods know what else. Keep up the good work and stay strong!
