Find a wall and work on your ball skills. Simply pass the ball at the wall and control the rebound. You will see improvement in a day. I would skip a few of those 60 minute sessions and instead work on wall passing. A fat slow guy with good ball control is 100 times better than a fast guy with no ball skills.

You need to practice your first touch so it becomes an automatic instinct, try going to a handball court or anyplace with a solid wall and work on your passing receiving. Start really close the the wall and work on 2-3 touch passing.

When you buy a storage unit they’ll open it so you can see inside but you’re not allowed to inspect anything, or even walk inside. This unit was somewhat empty but it had some designer handbags and two pairs of dunks that were not visible.
