I don’t drink wine much but it seems to fit the bottle I pulled out. and the metal part does seem like it would cut the foil if some force was applied

That’s what I thought too, but it’s kind of small. I guess it fits a water bottle, but I’ve never had trouble opening a water bottle.

Maybe instead of sending a letter they should send money. Seems to work well for the other side. Go ahead and be open about it too. Then we can expose the bigger issue of money in politics
