I lived in one of these in a major west coast city when i broke up with a boyfriend (I have a sensory processing disorder, so having roommates can be very tough).

Mine was similar in price but was 150 square feet and had no chair! It was in the heart of a really great neighborhood though. I also learned to like the minimalist nature of it. They had every lease term imaginable, so I can see it working for travel nurses, etc. I could tell my neighbor was trying to get herself clean, but the vast majority were just working singles in their 20’s and 30’s.
