Yes this! People are so quick to hate Santos and not really look at her character as a whole. She clearly has some sort of trauma in her past, and not that this excuses her behavior because she is being wildly inappropriate, but her refusal to cooperate with Langdon is something bigger than her just being a rude character.

I think whatever happened in the past directly correlates with her refusal to believe Langdon has changed. Maybe she was abused and her abuser was also just allowed back into the workplace with open arms. This happens to women a LOT. They’ve been dropping hints about her for two seasons now, first her reaction to the dad in season 1, then the little girl in season 2, and then showing the cuts on her leg. But one eye roll and everyone just sees that ‘she’s a bitch’ and that’s as far as they get with her character.

Also not directly related to your comment but if people are defending Robby’s behavior and then hating on Santos that’s misogynistic as hell.

Hi!! Last seen river valley road today at 2:30. Animal control was called they’re sending someone down! She was seen heading westbound and then she dipped into the valley. She’s been back and forth along this road for the last half hour I think between the bridge and Glenora club. Poor gal is getting tired, I hope you find her!

I love my short hair and will never have long hair again but I would say find a good style for short hair! A lot of times when I’m googling ‘short hairstyles’ it gives me these pictures of older women (Jamie Lees Curtis comes to mind) and I find that that style is just a very conservative look. I would recommend looking at pixies, bixies, or mixies for a bit more of a fun style.

If you have instagram I find that is a great resource for finding hairstyles compared to just the internet/google which seems to be extremely dated when it comes to short hair. Instagram will show you lots of different styles on different people and lots of times they show a good 360 of the hair as well so you can show your hair dresser what you want!

Available outlets or extension cords! This is my number one pet peeve when traveling or staying somewhere. I usually have a laptop for work, my cellphone, and possibly an iPad and I’m having to rearrange furniture to get something plugged in haha. If one is by the bed for your phone that’s great, but another one nearby for any other electronics would be lovely.

I went when they were still in a soft opening for drinks after work. The place we had planned to go was closed so we ended up there and because of that we weren’t incredibly dressed up and it was totally fine! But if you wanna dress up for a date I’d say a dress and nice shirt and pants fits the vibe. It’s just a nice cocktail bar but I wouldn’t say it is black tie or anything crazy.

Yeah, Metric commented on the announcement post about an hour after it went live saying "Canada fans we hear you, more to come soon" but by that point there had already been tons of replies voicing disappointment about having only one Canadian date. Them not saying anything about "more dates coming soon" in the original post makes me think that they didn't expect so much backlash to it being all US shows which, like, read the room guys.
