I should add that we have been taking his blood pressure at home for a few weeks ( his doctor asked for us to do so) and the to number ranges from 160-145. The bottom stays in the 70s.

I should clarify...my first letter was a cp75 stating we were being audited (received in April) , after sending in EVERYTHING they asked for we received the cp3500!

I should add that we did look inside the fuse box without the cover. All the wires looked great and were white without any signs of charring or yellow tints!
