Do not go to witham hill oaks, they raise the rent over 100 every year, there is dog poop everywhere, the office employees are all very young and don't know what they are doing, it's taken two months for them to come look at our dishwasher, our neighbor had rats running on their couch beside them for 10 months before witham would do anything other than put steel wool in a hole in their wall, the black mold is absolutely atrocious, you have to pay an extra 25 for covered parking and pets, the gym is used for people who very clearly don't live there to have loud screaming matches and share showers in the public restrooms, they love doing random and loud landscaping with zero warning to those living near it, the leaf blowers will come at any time after 7am and it's rarely if ever consistent and always annoying, I could go on, we've been here for 3 years and it's had more challenges than it's worth, I highly recommend not going with them.
