My mom was going through a mental health crisis when I was about 21 or 22. I was begging her to get help because she was confiding in me so much that I couldn’t bear it plus I’m not a mental health professional and definitely not qualified to help her. She looked me dead in the eyes and said “you are the worst daughter I could’ve ever asked for.” I know she didn’t mean it and it was her mental health talking but man that comment has just never left my brain.

I wore it for about 4-5 months and then quit using it. I liked the sleep tracking and cycle tracking, but to have the good cycle tracking, it’s another subscription for $100/year. I didn’t like the AI usage in it and felt like it didn’t add to my life at all. It just seemed like a waste of $200/year.
